This explainer video was produced in May 2018 to encourage the use of a social accountability platform being implemented by Ghanaian civil society organization SEND GHANA. I wrote the script and worked with a colleague to record the narration, using a combination of Creative Commons footage and screenshots and recorded video from my computer for the imagery.
